Story
Pianist Jihyun Oh is a versatile, collaborative pianist known for her sensitive, elegant, and powerful playing. As a soloist, she was a prizewinner of Los Angeles International Liszt Competition, Barum Music Competition, Korean-Germany Brahms Competition, and Busan Music Competition. Also, with her passion for collaborative piano, she was a fellow of Aspen Music Festival, Music Academy of the West, and Puerto Rico Center Collaborative Piano.
Jihyun Oh earned her bachelor’s degree at Seoul National University, master’s and postgraduate at Universität Mozarteum, and DMA at University of Missouri-Kansas City. She is pursuing Graduate Diploma at Juilliard as a collaborative pianist.
In her free time, she loves to have cup of tea and reading books.
